zf999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Accounts classified as dormant after 12 months of inactivity will be notified by email. If no response or login is recorded within 30 days of notification, zf999 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rs 200, deducted from any remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
